Your Wild Calm | One‑Day Equine Retreat

Rediscover steadiness through mindful horse-led practice.

Join Erin Cain and Eden Sipperly for a full-day immersive retreat hosted at Grace Reins — a sanctuary where horses, breath, and embodied practice guide you into a slower field. A day to return to your body, listen more closely, and remember the quiet intelligence that lives beneath urgency. Where presence becomes the pathway, and steadiness becomes something you can feel, not force.

CAPACITY: 8-10 Women

DATE & LOCATION: June 13th at Grace Reins Equine Therapy & Wild Horse Rescue

INVESTMENT: $500 per person. A full-day immersive experience including guided facilitation, equine sessions, and materials. Lunch, snacks, tea and coffee will be provided.

What to Expect:

  • Horse-Led Relational Practice | Experience guided, ground-based interactions with horses that reflect your nervous system, deepen attunement, and invite authentic connection without pressure or performance.

  • Somatic & Breath-Based Integration | Through gentle movement, trauma-informed breathwork, and meditation, you’ll build awareness of your body’s signals and access steadiness from within.

  • A Slow, Supportive Field | Move through a thoughtfully held day of reflection, journaling, and guided group experiences — including authentic relating practices and meaningful group connection — designed to help you listen more closely, reconnect to yourself, and integrate what emerges.
